Where Passion
Meets Purpose

At Hearthfire, we define true wealth as creating opportunities and positively impacting communities, not just financial success. As a trusted partner, we combine real estate expertise, technology, and a people-first approach to help you achieve your goals and grow purposeful wealth.

A Journey of Vision and Growth

Hearthfire was born from a passion for real estate and a deep desire to help others unlock its transformative potential. Founded by Sergio and Corinn, our journey began with multifamily properties and quickly evolved into self-storage investments as market dynamics shifted. Along the way, we’ve built a $180 million portfolio and a reputation for resilience, innovation, and excellence.

Our story is one of adaptability and purpose. When we divested multifamily assets at their peak, we didn’t just pivot—we doubled down on what matters most: creating value for our investors and the communities they touch. Today, Hearthfire is a pioneer in the self-storage industry, providing scalable, efficient solutions that empower our partners to grow wealth beyond financial returns.

Our Mission

Unleashing the power of real estate, technology, and human ingenuity to revolutionize wealth creation for all.

Our Vision

To be everyone’s most trusted partner in their wealth journey.

Our Core Values

  • Trust: We build transparency and long-term relationships with every step we take.
  • Excellence: We strive for the highest quality and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Quality: Thoughtful, high-impact solutions are at the core of what we do.
  • Innovation: We stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking strategies.
  • Purpose: We align your financial success with meaningful impact, creating value for investors and communities alike.
