Hearthfire Holdings is pleased to announce the opening of a newly developed Class-A, climate-controlled self-storage facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia, following receipt of the final Certificate of Occupancy on December 3, 2025, for 20 Brickstone Ct., Harrisonburg, VA.

Project Overview

• Total Property: 74,450 NRSF | 660 units
• Development Budget: $12.5M
• Construction Timeline: Aug 2024 → Dec 2025

This project was completed in partnership with a private joint venture investor and represents a meaningful addition to the Hearthfire self storage portfolio.

Institutional-Quality Delivery

The facility has been delivered with core building systems fully approved, activated, and/or under warranty, supporting operational reliability and reduced early-stage risk as the asset ramps toward stabilization.

Operator Transition

CubeSmart is now onboarding the facility and initiating leasing, marketing, revenue management, and store-level operations.
